Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Asenvra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Asenvra provides automated code scanning tools that analyze software projects for production-readiness issues. The Service includes three scanning tools:

  • LaunchGuard — Pre-launch audit for security issues, mock data, and configuration problems
  • DataTruth — Detection of AI-left-behind fake data and placeholder code
  • DeployFlow — Deployment configuration analysis and checklist generation

The Service analyzes code you provide via ZIP file upload or public GitHub URL. Your code is processed temporarily during the scan and is not stored after the scan completes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your email address and a password, or by signing in through GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Asenvra offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan — 3 scans per month at no cost
  • Pro Plan — 25 scans per month for $19/month
  • Business Plan — 100 scans per month for $49/month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining scans until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Your Code & Data

You retain all ownership rights to your code. Asenvra does not store your source code after a scan completes. Your code is analyzed temporarily in memory and on ephemeral storage during the scanning process, and is deleted once the scan finishes.

Scan results (reports, scores, and issue lists) are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account. We use row-level security to ensure no other user can access your scan data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan code you do not have permission to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the scanning logic from the Service
  • Use the Service to generate malicious code or facilitate security attacks
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage patterns

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Asenvra is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will find every issue in your code, or that your code will be free of problems after using the Service. The scanning tools are designed to assist you in improving your code quality, but they are not a substitute for thorough manual review and testing.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asenvra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or failure to detect code issues.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
